I can say, that she isn't a human, she is a second personality of Zeshka( she has a dissociative identity disorder). Ringu is a cruel, very agressive and fierce,she talks with nobody, thats why people afraid her. But also she is very clever and has a "cold mind"( Ringu is a strategist, like a Zeshka). She hate Zeshka, because she think that she is very naive.
